warp tension
Warp let-off in the projectile weaving machine is
mechanically or electronically controlled. The warp let-off
assures absolutely constant warp tensions, however full or
empty the warp beam. the optimum tension curve makes it
possible to manufacture top-quality fabric. The machine can be
equipped with full or half warp beams and all standard flange
diameters.
TSL7900
The SL7900 is driven entirely by pneumatics (air), and the
modular mechanical parts of the machine allow for ease of
maintenance and simplicity.
The machine is built using the very latest industry standard
PC which ensures precise control of all the functions,
including single rapier weft insertion, multi weft selection,
automatic weft cutting, shedding, weft beat-up, fabric
take-off etc.
Sulzer Ruti P7100 Projectile Weaving Machine
The P7100 Projectile Weaving Machine can be supplied as a
single-colour machine, a weft mixer or a multi- colour machine
for any sequence of upto four different weft yarns. The
projectile weaving machine is the only weaving machine capable

A CX 160 system can comprise 1-8 machine heads with 72 hooks
each. It is also possible to couple two heads to increase the
